The "Great Sleep Project" - Update

A couple of months ago, I completed recording and producing a couple of downloadable sessions to make available more broadly, so that people could experience Trancework independently.

I know that for some people who are new to Trancework, the idea of hypnosis, Hypnotherapists, and non-ordinary states of consciousness can be a bit intimidating - so I wanted to create a few resources for newcomers to explore in a more informal way.

The response to these sessions was very positive, so I started to consider where to go next with the downloadable sessions.

After some reflection (and some of my own Trancework to discern the path forward), the subject of improving the experience of sleep presented itself as something that many people have asked about, and I’ve supported through Trancework over the years.

Before I step into a new project that’s aimed at helping people, I always like to do some research, to ensure that I’m going to be addressing what people actually want and need to have addressed.

So, I sent out some emails, asked questions on social media; and based on the (many) responses that I received, I created the “Great Sleep Survey”.

I must say, that I was totally gobsmacked by the response.

More than 70 people responded to the survey, and over 100 to the whole process.

The depth and detail that people shared with me was genuinely humbling, as it really made clear to me how much so many people have struggled with sleep disturbances and issues, as well as the trust that people offered me in sharing their challenges so deeply and honestly.

As I read through what was shared with me, I saw many ways that the tools, techniques, and resources that I’ve learned over the years can totally transform the experience and quality of sleep for many people.

I also very clearly saw that there is no way to do a one-size-fits-all downloadable single session that is going to work for everyone.

So, I’ve been allowing the seed to germinate; and a path forward is presenting itself.

Over the coming weeks, I’m going to be releasing some significant content (both written and video) that will be about building the foundations for transformation through Trancework - and while I’m being motivated by the questions around sleep, these foundations apply in all deep-consciousness work - meditation, hypnosis, journeywork, psychedelics - you name it!

I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned about different so-called “states” of consciousness, suggestibility and suggestion, working with internal conflict (parts work) in trance, and subconscious trauma-release and re-patterning.

Because one of the most common problems people shared was waking to use the toilet, I’m even going to share a video on how Zen meditation caused me to have to pee too frequently, how I resolved the problem through Trancework - and how you can too!

Once I’ve shared this fundamental groundwork (all of which will be free), I’ll be offering a group program - which I’m tentatively calling a “Sleep Lab”, in which we will explore a variety of sleep issues, and apply specific understandings and processes to transform your experience of sleep in significant and lasting ways.

The main motivator for me is to provide you with tools, resources, and understandings that will allow you to discern what your specific challenges are, and how you can address and transform them as you continue through your life.

So, please stay tuned for my next update, as I’m planning on sending out some really useful stuff!

Ok. That’s it for now. I very much appreciate you taking the time to read this.

Blessings on your way,

Eshu
