As the year turns, I want to share a brief sense of what is continuing in my work — and what is beginning to open.
Rather than framing this as “new offerings,” it feels more accurate to say that certain threads have clarified. The work itself hasn’t changed direction so much as settled more deeply into its foundations.
Below are the main ways I’m working as we move into the coming year.
Trancework & Pattern-Oriented Support
My trancework practice continues to support people working with:
entrenched patterns
transitions and thresholds
nervous system regulation
meaning-making after profound or disorienting experiences
While hypnosis is a central tool, not every session uses formal trance. The work is responsive rather than scripted, and shaped by what is actually needed in the moment.
For some, this work is short-term and focused. For others, it unfolds over time.
Zen Mentorship & Training
My Zen work continues to be rooted in formal practice, long-term commitment, and relational accountability.
This includes:
one-to-one mentorship
practice guidance
support around vows, leadership, and integration
working carefully with questions of form, authority, and responsibility
This stream is intentionally bounded. It is meant for practitioners who are actively engaged in Zen practice and who are looking for depth, steadiness, and clarity rather than spiritual novelty.
Animist Mentorship & Spiritual Companionship
Alongside my Zen work, I also offer a more open stream of spiritual mentorship rooted in animist frameworks.
This work may involve:
relationship with guides and allies
ritual and ceremonial support
animist (shamanic) and ancestral healing work
discernment around spiritual experiences
This stream is relational, grounded, and pragmatic. It is not about belief systems, but about learning how to be in right relationship — with self, and other beings — both human and other-than-human.
Ongoing Support: Maintenance Membership
For those who have already done deeper work with me and want continuity rather than intensity, I offer a Maintenance Membership.
This provides:
ongoing access
periodic sessions
a steady point of contact during change
It’s designed to support integration and ongoing transformation through relationship, rather than crisis-driven work.
Gaelic Learning & Cultural Work
Beginning in January, I’ll also be offering a new Scottish Gaelic learning circle.
This work is rooted in language, culture, story, and relationship — not as a heritage performance, but as a living, relational practice. More details will be shared in a separate blog post.
A Note on Pace
One thing that has become clearer for me is the importance of pace.
Not everything needs to (or even can) happen quickly. Not every threshold needs to be crossed immediately. Much of this work unfolds best when there is enough time and steadiness for something real to take root — and grow.
If one of these streams resonates, you’re welcome to reach out or explore further. If not, that’s also part of listening well.
As always, I’m grateful for the trust that makes this work possible.
