Building a Solid Ritual Foundation

I’ve seen an increasing need for safe, grounded guidance as individuals explore Animist and Traditional spiritual practices - including rituals, rites of passage and ceremony - including medicine work.

Many people leap right into powerful ceremonies or experiences, without any preparation, without cultivating internal and external ceremonial resources, or any consideration for protection or methods of clearing themselves or the place they are practicing. In more and more cases, flying blind into these powerful ceremonies can lead to overwhelm, destabilization, and unintended harm.

This program will focus on equipping participants with essential skills to navigate these explorations safely and intentionally—like learning to sail in a safe harbour before heading into open waters. Topics include:

Ceremonial Safety

The importance of a strong, clear, and safe container (theory and practice).
The power of the spoken word: invocations, incantations, oaths, vows, agreements, and contracts.

Discernment and Allyship

Working with others—both human and other-than-human.
Cultivating discernment and choosing relationships wisely.
Theory and practice for building strong, safe alliances.

The program is 8 sessions via zoom, once every second week beginning May 25-August 17, 2025.

Sundays from 3-4:30pm PST
Instructional Sessions will be recorded so that participants can re-watch or catch up.

Course fee: $395 CDN + GST

Participation is limited, so register early to ensure a space.

Anyone is welcome to register for this course, however all registrants are expected to have experienced at least a 1-hour Free Consultation and a First Trancework Session before the course begins.
